Sales & Deposit Policy

Every Great Northern bow is built or prepared with the expectation that it is being purchased by a committed customer. Because our custom bows are built to individual specifications and our stock bows are limited inventory items, all sales are final.

Custom Bow Orders:
Custom bows are built specifically for each customer. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in our production schedule and are therefore forfeited if an order is canceled.

Stock Bow Sales:
All stock bow sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This policy does not affect warranty coverage. If a bow is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, it will be covered under the terms of the Great Northern Bow Co. warranty.
