SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Production Time All bows are handcrafted to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, please expect a production lead time of 10–12 months from the date your order is placed. You will be added to our production list upon order confirmation.

Shipping Once your bow is complete, we will ship your order. All orders are shipped with a signature requestYou will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. All bow shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are flat rate.

Domestic & International Shipping We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Additional shipping charges will be quoted and need to be paid prior to shipment being sent.
